Document accessibility

Some documents are not accessible to some people with disabilities. These are indicated with asterisks above.

* Accessible version coming soon. We plan to publish an accessible version by 29 February 2024.

** Exempt from accessibility regulations. We do not plan to publish an accessible version because it is exempt from the accessibility regulations for public sector websites. This applies to maps, content from third parties, and documents first published before 23 September 2018.

*** Disproportionate burden. We do not plan to publish an accessible version because we have assessed that to do so would be a disproportionate burden on us. We believe the cost of time and resource necessary to fix the document would be too high given the relatively low impact on users with disabilities.
