This page explains what to do if you change your address from one controlled parking zone in Merton to another.

E-permits purchased after 4 November 2024
If you purchased your e-permit after 4 November 2024, please follow these steps to get a permit for your new address.
- Log into your parking permits account
- Click “View or change your details”. If you’re using a mobile device you’ll need to click the Menu icon at the top of the screen to show this option.
- Click “Change” next to your address.
- Enter your new address.
- Click “View your permits”. If you’re using a mobile device you’ll need to click the Menu icon at the top of the screen to show this option.
- Click “View” under the permit you want to cancel.
- Click “Cancel Permit”
- Apply for your new permit.
Once you have completed your application and made payment, you will be covered to park in your new zone immediately.
If a refund is due on the cancelled permit it will be applied to the card used when the original payment was made.
E-permits purchased before 5 November 2024
If you purchased your e-permit before 5 November 2024, you will need to cancel your permit and buy a new one for the new vehicle
Paper permits
If you have a paper permit, you need to do the following.
- Apply for a new permit for your new address.
- After you have bought the new permit you will be covered to park in your new zone immediately.
- Send the original paper permit to us, with a cover letter, by post to:
