Report missing wheelie bins

If you were expecting to receive new wheelie bins as part of the recent changes to the collection service, but they haven't arrived, please request them below. Please continue to use black bags until your new wheelie bins arrive. Put them out for collection at the front edge of your property as described here: How to put out your rubbish and recycling for collection.

 

Request new containers

If you have already ordered a food waste caddy, we will deliver it as soon as possible and we apologise for the delay. Meanwhile, please put your food waste in your black wheelie bin.

Request a standard wheelie bin, recycling box, recycling bags or food waste caddy

If you live in a large block of flats and need a replacement communal bin, your managing agent will need buy or hire these privately by contacting the commercial waste service. If you're not sure whether you have communal bins, fill in the form above and it will tell you.

Compostable food waste caddy liners

You can buy 7-litre kitchen caddy liners in Merton libraries, for £2.50 a roll of 25 bags.

Caddy liners are also available in supermarkets and shops.

You can also use newspaper instead of compostable liners to line your caddy and dispose of the newspaper the same way as your food waste.

​Outdoor shared rubbish bin​We do not supply shared rubbish bins. You need to arrange buying them through your Managing Agent or Landlord.
Food waste caddy liners We no longer supply food waste liners in libraries or deliver to your homes. You can use newspaper instead of compostable liners to line your caddy and dispose of the newspaper the same way as your food waste. Compostable food waste liners are available from supermarkets and shops.

  • blue bags or red striped bags for non-recyclable rubbish
We deliver new bags every six months, and you can request more if you run out, using the link above.
