Renew your garden waste service

If you pay by Direct Debit and want your service to continue unchanged then you don't need to do anything – your service will be renewed automatically.

If you don't pay by Direct Debit, you can renew your current service from 28 days before your subscription expires.

You will need a credit or debit card. Direct Debit payment is not available to new customers.

  • move your garden waste service to another property in Merton
  • change the number or type of containers on your service
  • change your bank details (Direct Debit customers only)
  • request replacements for lost or damaged bins.
