Report a problem with a road sign
We are responsible for designing and implementing road signs in the borough including:
- parking, one way and no entry signs
- warning signs such as road hump and bend signs
- direction signs
- signs to places of local interest and
- pedestrian and cycle signs
We are also responsible for agreeing to put up temporary signing for special events and diversion signs associated with road works.
All signs on the public highway must comply with the Traffic Signs and General Directions Manual, which governs the design, placement and size of signs and whether they must be illuminated.
