The Jan Malinowski Centre (JMC)

The JMC is a day centre for people with learning disabilities. The centre is designed to meet the needs of people who may need higher levels of support, and there are different spaces within the centre where people can take part in activities tailored to suit to their needs.

There are a wide range of activities on offer, and the service is grouped into 3 areas of support

  • Mainstream, for people with mild to moderate learning disability
  • Special Care, for those who need more support than Mainstream, and
  • Intensive Support Service (ISS), for those who need the most support

There are dedicated therapists at the JMC who can offer a range of Arts Therapies.
