You need to complete an in-year application form if you want to apply for a Nursery class in a community primary school in Merton and one of the following is true:
- your child is currently attending another nursery setting
- your child has previously attended another nursery setting
- you are making a late application after the main application process has closed
You can download the form and return it to us by email or post.
In-Year Nursery Application Form
If you can't print or access the form, please contact us and we can arrange for one to be posted to you. It is not currently possible to make an in-year nursery application online.
