This permit allows someone to park in your controlled parking zone (CPZ) when they are visiting you. Your visitor must display the permit in their vehicle and use the designated parking bays.
We sell visitor scratchcard permits in batches of 10 full day or half day permits.

Coronavirus
We are working with other organisations to ensure key workers including NHS and healthcare workers have permit access so that they are able to visit residents who need assistance, so residents will not need to use scratchcards for these visits.
Our civil enforcement officers will observe vehicles for longer, to allow sufficient time for relatives and friends to deliver food and essentials to vulnerable residents, before returning to their cars.
