If we didn't collect your textiles or batteries, please:
- look up your collection days to see if we collect them from your address: they will be listed as a separate service if we do
- make sure you bagged them correctly and presented them correctly
- put them out again on your next collection day.
If you presented your items correctly we are sorry for the inconvenience, but we cannot return to collect them before your next scheduled collection.
If we have not collected your textiles or batteries for several weeks in a row, and you have presented them correctly, please phone us on 020 8274 4902 to report this.
