The Freedom of Information (FOI) Act requires every council to have a publication scheme. We also provide information under the Local Government Transparency Code. See more on our Open Data page.

We make a range of information routinely available about the council and council services, and about our decisions, spending, priorities, policies, procedures and registers.

The information is structured as a publication scheme in line with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The headings above are those contained in the Information Commissioner's guidance.
