We greatly appreciate any interest that you have in fostering with Merton and we can now fast track fostering applications, find out more about how you can transform a child's life at one of our fostering information sessions.

Next sessions

Foster care fortnight (12-25 May) is a nationwide campaign by the Fostering Network to raise awareness of the life-changing impact of fostering and to encourage more people to consider becoming foster carers. During the fortnight we have serval information session, where you can find out more:

  • Monday 12 May, 10.30am -12pm at Morden Library (drop in)
  • Tuesday 13 May, 10am – 11.30am at Pollards Hill Library (drop in)
  • Wednesday 14 May, Walk and Talk in Morden Hall Park meet outside Merton civic centre at 1pm
  • Friday 16 May 12.30pm – 1.30pm Virtual lunch time session on (book here)
  • Friday 16 May 4pm-5pm Wimbledon Library (drop in)
  • Tuesday 20 May 11am -12.30pm at Raynes Park Library (drop in)
  • Wednesday 21 May 3pm-4.30pm at Mitcham Library (drop in)
  • Thursday 22 May 6pm-7pm virtual evening session (book here)
  • Friday 23 May at 10am -11.30am – join us at Starbuck Tandem Centre for a coffee and chat about fostering
