If you do need to fill in a claim for HB please use our HB and CTS on line claim form. The on line form will guide you through the application. You can access this for free 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You can access this from Merton Libraries during their usual opening hours.

If you need a paper form you can download and print our Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support form but please note that unlike the on line claim form where your claim will start on the date you start filling it in, a paper claim will start from the Monday after we receive the form.
