If you receive a PCN you are required to pay a penalty charge for contravening the regulations. This will not result in a criminal record or points on your licence and it will not affect your credit rating.
Pay online by credit or debit card
You will need the PCN number (beginning 'MT') and the vehicle registration.
By telephone
To pay a PCN by phone, call our automated payments line on 0300 4560504, and select option 2. This service is available 24 hours a day for all credit and debit card payments.
At a Post Office
Please take the PCN with you. Payments can be made by cash or debit card only.
At Pay Point shops
Please take the PCN with you. Payments can be made by cash only.

By post
To pay a PCN by post, please send a cheque or postal order payable to London Borough Of Merton, and write your PCN reference starting 'MT..' on the reverse, and send in an envelope to:
