Our engineers regularly check that our pay-and-display machines are working correctly. However, if you find a machine that is faulty or has been damaged please make a note of the location and machine number (which is painted in white on the bodywork of the machine) and report it to us.

We will send an engineer to the location to investigate the fault.

You can also use the link to claim a refund if you lost money because the machine did not acknowledge your coins.
