Cook and Eat
As the cost of living crisis is effecting more and more people, South Thames College are running a Cook and Eat course which will teach our learners about cooking healthy, fresh meals on a budget.

The course is 1.5 days per week for 8 weeks starting on the 23rd of March

Thursday 9.30-3pm - Wellbeing and positive mindset
Fridays 1-4pm - Practical cooking sessions with dinner after
