We offer a licensing pre-application advice service to support applicants who are considering making an application for a licence.
If your business is closed and you are unable to pay the licence fee when due over the next few months, you can ask for a suspension of your licence by emailing licensing@merton.gov.uk.
Officers and the sub-committee may attach conditions to the licence. Merton have a list of Pool conditions that may be used to form these conditions. You may wish to consider these when completing the application operating schedule.
