Plough Lane Durnsford Road Development, Waiting & Loading Restrictions
Merton Council is proposing to amend various waiting and loading restrictions, as part of the Durnsford Road development to aid traffic flow through the junction through out the day and parking is ban on the east side between Plough lane and Weir Road during the peak period.
The aim of the proposed restrictions is to improve visibility and to provide clear access for all road users, particularly vulnerable road users such as pedestrians, push chairs and wheelchair users who may for example wish to make proper use of the section of dropped kerb at junctions.
