The full proposal is shown on the linked statutory consultation newsletter below.
Following the recent Statutory Consultation to remove 4 Shared Use Parking Bays and replace them with a School Keep Clear, in Faraday Road the Cabinet Member for Environmental Sustainability and Regeneration having considered the officer report and objections received has made a decision to proceed with the proposal.
Both the Officer report and decision can be viewed from the links provided below.
The Cabinet member decision has also given approval for officers to carry out a further consultation with residents to provide 2 Shared Use bays opposite numbers 30 & 32 Faraday Road where currently a single yellow line exists.
Over the coming weeks the council will be sending out a newsletter to residents informing them of when the council will be making the Traffic Management Orders for the ‘School Keep Clear’ and also that a new consultation has been started for the provision of the 2 new ‘Shared Use Bays’.
