    • analysing and evaluating pupil outcomes
    • identifying improvement priorities and the actions needed to address them
    • reviewing school development plans and self-evaluation
    • advising governors on the performance management of the headteacher
    • support and training for leaders and staff on assessment, data analysis and evaluation
    • preparation for Ofsted, for example, desktop review of school documentation, mini Ofsted, subject or area review
  • training for leaders on self-evaluation skills
  • training for whole staff, senior leadership team, and governing body on identified focus areas
  • guidance to schools on safeguarding, assessment and policy development
  • management advice on staffing structure and changes
  • support for governors in the selection of new head teachers and senior staff
  • a quality assurance function giving external verification of self-evaluation including school reviews
  • joint monitoring and coaching for managers to develop expertise and consistency
  • a range of bespoke leadership and management support and activities to address all areas of school improvement
