Morden Assembly Hall

 

Recently refurbished, Morden Assembly Hall is available to hire for functions and events including:

  • pre-school activities
  • parties and wedding receptions
  • meetings and training courses
  • keep fit and dance classes
  • church groups, christenings and wakes

How to book

To book a regular weekly hire please email us at mordenassembly.hall@merton.gov.uk with the day of the week and time you are interested in.

The hall is unlicensed.

Capacity

  • 95 chairs theatre style
  • 130 dancing
  • 80 seated at tables.

Please note that we do not provide any crockery or cutlery.

 

Charges

Minumum booking: 3 hours.

Charges include use of the kitchen.

Off-peak: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Peak hours: Monday to Friday after 5pm, Saturday and Sunday

How to get here

Car park access is only available from Lower Morden Lane.

Bus routes to Tudor Drive: 413, 293, 163.

The nearest tram stop is Merton Park. You will then need to get the 163 bus towards Morden. The nearest tube station is Morden on the Northern line and the nearest train station is Wimbledon.
