Description

Colliers Wood Library has three multi-use rooms that can be used for a range of meetings and events. All three rooms have access to free WiFi, projectors and access to tea and coffee making facilities. The three rooms are connected together and have bi-folding partitions that can be removed to create one large room. The rooms are available to hire during and out of library opening hours.

All rooms have a bi-folding door, so they can be combined to make larger rooms, but charges are made per room used

Availability and charges

20% concession for voluntary groups, residents’ associations, and statutory bodies. 5% discount for block bookings of 5 or more, 10% discount for block bookings of 10 or more.

Facilities

• Fully equipped kitchen in shared space with urn, kettle, fridge, microwave, cooker, sink, cutlery, crockery and dishwasher
• Projector and screen (£15 per additional loan charge per session)
• Access to fully accessible toilets
• Free Wi-Fi (with a library card)
