The Chaucer Centre provides an ideal, comfortable venue for training, meetings and conferences, situated in a refurbished former school building.
We have a large, free car park, on-site catering and facilities to meet all your training and development needs.

Restaurant, hospitality and refreshments
The Chaucer Restaurant is open Monday to Friday from 7am until 5pm.
A selection of breakfast products is available from 7am until 11am to eat in or take away. Fresh salads and hot lunches are served between 11.30am until 2.30pm.
A selection of freshly made deli produce, snacks and hot and cold drinks is available throughout the day.
Our caterers - Gosto Fino
Gosto Fino offers a wide range of breakfast and lunchtime options with a buffet style lunch and salad bar, as well as a selection of freshly made sandwiches and paninis.
The team also serve freshly ground Italian coffee throughout the day, which is available for take away or enjoyed in the restaurant or in the garden area

Bookings cancelled within 10 working days of the booking are subject to a late cancellation fee:
100% of the room hire fee if cancelled within 2 working days of the booking date.
25% of the room hire fee or £48 minimum, if cancelled between 3 and 10 working days.
Charges for equipment and other services
Photocopying (non-Merton staff) costs 10p per black-and-white and 20p per colour copy.
Other items of equipment (e.g. flipchart, speakers) are included in room hire costs.
