The last Private Landlord Forum was held in Morden Baptist Church on 25 November 2015 and the event was well attended.

Merton Housing Strategy team organised this Private Landlord Forum to give private landlords, prospective landlords and agents an opportunity to hear about new rules and regulations in the sector.

At a time when the private rented sector is undergoing a range of legislative changes for landlords and tenants, it is important that landlords and tenants are aware how these changes might impact on the services they provide.
