Sara Smith Art Exhibition: Challenging Assumptions - Different Views of Dementia
Sara Smith worked as an illustrator until the age of 58 when she was diagnosed with dementia. Although life is very different for her now, one thing which remains is how she still expresses herself through her art. This exhibition of Sara's portraits challenges society's general assumptions around people living with dementia and celebrates what a person with the condition can do, not what they cannot.
