Reducing violent behaviour in children with additional needs with Yvonne Newbold; Author of the Special Parent’s Handbook, Writer, Speaker, National Learning Disability and Autism Lifetime Achievement Award Winner 2018 This workshop will explore what may be the underlying causes of anxiety in your child, including sensory processing issues, communication, routines, changes & transitions. You will learn lots of strategies and approaches that can make children feel better & happier, & therefore less likely to communicate using violence. It will help you to get a greater understanding of the underlying causes of violent behaviour, & what you can do to help your child start to turn their behaviour around. Only 30 places available!
