Have your say on community safety in Merton
Every year Safer Merton carry out a strategic assessment, which looks at all community safety issues in the borough. As part of this process, a survey is conducted to find out the communities concerns in relation to crime, anti-social behaviour and drugs and alcohol.
The results of the survey combined with an analysis of all crimes that happen in the borough help Safer Merton set the partnership's priorities for the year.
2023 survey
The survey is available from 7 June to 3 September 2023.
About Safer Merton
Safer Merton is a community safety partnership which works to reduce crime in Merton.
Community safety partnerships are made up of representatives from the police, local authorities, fire and rescue authorities, health and probation services.
They work together to protect their local communities from crime and to help people feel safe. They work out how to deal with local issues including antisocial behaviour, drug or alcohol misuse and re-offending. They annually assess local crime priorities and consult partners and the local community about how to deal with them.
