It is a legal requirement for the council to publish notice at the start and finish of any street trading application/designation process. 

There are no current public consultations for new licence street designations.

If you wish to make representations to the Council regarding the designation of part of the highway as a licence street or the issuing of a street trading licence, you should write to the Council at the address given below.

Any representations made must clearly state the grounds and reach the Council before the closing date on the notice quoting the reference number. The Council will consider all representations received before a final decision is made as to whether to designate part of the street as a licence street, and whether to issue a licence to allow street trading.
