We are able to offer families to the opportunity to celebrate a new addition by having a baby naming ceremony here at Morden Park House. A baby naming is non-religious ceremony designed to welcome a new baby or child to a family after birth, adoption or the blending of two families after a marriage.

You will be able to choose parental promises to say to your child and invite your chosen supporting adults to also say words of support and encouragement to your child and yourselves. Families can also invite people to read a special poem or story extract that is personal to your family and received or givegifts for the child. We encourage customising your ceremony to suit your personal tastes to reflect yourselves as a family. You will receive a commemorative certificate which you can both sign, a record of your ceremony.

We would love to host your baby naming ceremony at Morden Park House, get in touch to discuss your special day.
