If you have an e-permit (bought via the RingGo website), you can cancel your parking permit as follows:
- Go to My Permit Applications on the RingGo website
- Click the Edit icon next to your permit
- Click Cancel Permit
If any refunds are due they will be applied to the card used for the original payment
Paper permits
If you no longer require your paper parking permit, please return it to the following address.

We recommend the permit is sent via recorded post.
The refund amount will be calculated from the day the permit is received
The processing time may be up to four weeks.
If you get a refund for a parking permit or an annual visitor permit and replace it for the same vehicle or address before the expiry date of the cancelled permit, your new permit will have the same expiry date as the cancelled permit.
You will pay a pro rata charge for the months that the new permit covers.
We will not refund unused visitor permits (half or full-day) or permits for electrically powered vehicles issued to residents.
