- Open throughout the year every day from 10.30am to 5.00pm.
- Closed on the middle Sunday of the Championships, the Monday immediately following the Championships, 24, 25 and 26 December and New Year's Day.
- Entry costs £8.50 for adults, £7.50 for senior citizens, students and unemployed, £4.75 for children under 16, and children under 5 are admitted free.

The Kenneth Ritchie Wimbledon Library, which is part of The Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum, contains an outstanding collection of British and foreign lawn tennis books, annuals, periodicals, programmes, newspaper cuttings, video cassettes etc., which is available to the public for study and research.
In 1991 an extension to the library was opened to accommodate the ever increasing volume of items, and in 2000 this area was reorganised to full capacity. Items originate from nearly 90 countries.
- Facilities are available for photocopying and the screening of video cassettes
- A catalogue, listing all items held by the library, is available from the Wimbledon Museum Shop
- Normally, the library is open Tuesday to Friday, 10.30am to 5pm but is closed to the public during the Championships
- Admission is by appointment and readers should apply by post, telephone or email.
