Mitcham Carnival

The 2015 carnival took place on Saturday 13 June on Three Kings Piece, Commonside West, Mitcham.

The theme was "Back to the Swinging Sixties" to celebrate Merton's 50th anniversary as a London borough.

Attractions 2015

James Smith

On the main stage this year we will have 15-year old performer James Smith who made it to the final of Britain’s Got Talent 2014 by singing interpretations of soul classics. Since reaching this amazing feat, James is pursuing a solo career and we look forward to hearing him perform his new single at Mitcham Carnival.

Future Pro Wrestling futurepro

Future Pro Wrestling (FPW) was established in 2011 by three school friends and is one of the fastest growing British Wrestling promotions in the UK. After their gripping performance last year FPW will be back again to deliver an amazing wrestling experience to fans of all ages.

Merton Bake

To celebrate our 50 years as a London Borough, we would like you to “Get baking for Merton”. We want residents who are passionate about baking to dust down there cake tins, whip up their cake mix and showcase their talents. Cakes should have a 50th Anniversary theme and if possible have links to the borough e.g lavender or apple.
