Bonfire and Fireworks displays 2014


Two of London's most popular fireworks displays take place in Wimbledon Park and Morden Park this November.

Book tickets to 2014 shows

This year you can buy discounted tickets online ahead of both events.

Buying your tickets online will save you money and offer you access to fast track gates. Families (two adults and two juniors) can save as much as 30% on the price of their tickets by purchasing them online.

Online booking for the Morden Park event closes on Thursday 30 October at 11.30pm and booking for Wimbledon Park closes on Monday 3 November at 11.30pm.

A number of tickets will still be available at the gate on the night, subject to availability.

2014 displays

  • Saturday 1 November, Morden Park
  • Wednesday 5 November, Wimbledon Park

There will be two performances at each venue. This year’s themes are Ice and Magic for the younger audience, and Salute to Services for the second display.

Both events have a funfair, refreshments and stalls open until 10pm.


5.15pm - Gates open.

First performance

6.30pm – Bonfire lit.

6.45pm - Fireworks display. Ice and Magic theme, more suitable for young children.

Second performance

8.15pm - Bonfire lit.

8.30pm - Fireworks display. Salute to Services theme.

Please ensure that you arrive early enough to gain entry for the show that you’re intending to see.

  • Adults: £8
  • Ages 5-16: £6
  • Ages 4 and under: free entry (no need to book online)
  • Family ticket (2 adults, 2 under 16s): £25

Limited tickets at the gate on the night

  • Adults: £10
  • Ages 5-16: £8
  • Ages 4 and under: free entry
  • No family tickets available on the gate

Please note that there is no parking, except for very limited disabled parking, at either venue.

Disabled parking and access

Morden Park

Limited disabled parking via entrance drive (to the side of Merton College) off London Road for Blue Badge Holders only. Disabled toilet on site. Please be aware that pedestrian access from the gate at Lower Morden Lane to the display site is via a grassed field.

Wimbledon Park

Very limited disabled parking via Revelstoke Road entrance for Blue Badge holders only. Disabled toilet on site.


Visitors must not bring any fireworks, alcohol or dogs into the parks.

Terms and conditions

  • Your ticket is non-refundable.
  • Tickets purchased online must be printed and presented at the gate on the night.
  • Entry will be refused without a valid ticket.
  • There is no readmission once inside the venue.
  • All advertised times are approximate and subject to change.
  • You cannot enter with:
    • dogs (except assistance dogs)
    • glass containers
    • alcohol
    • fireworks (including sparklers)
