Paying a penalty charge notice (PCN)
You can pay a Penalty Charge Notice online, by phone, in person or by post.
Online
You can pay your PCN online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a credit or debit card using our Online Payments system.
By phone
To pay a PCN by phone, you should call our automated payments line on 020 8545 3518. This service is available 24 hours a day for all credit and debit card payments.
In person
If you wish to pay a PCN in person you should visit Merton civic centre between 09.00 - 17.00, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Please ensure you bring your PCN with you.
You can pay by credit card, cheque or in cash at the cash office situated at the rear of the ground floor.
By post
To pay a PCN by post, please place a cheque or postal order payable to London Borough Of Merton, along with your PCN in an envelope and send it to:
