If you want to enjoy the "oohs" and "aahs" this bonfire night, then look no further. Two of London's most popular fireworks displays, organised by Merton Council, will take place in Wimbledon Park and Morden Park in November. Both events have two displays per night, the first catering for the younger audience, refreshments and a fairground and stalls open until 10.00pm.

Dates

Both displays will go ahead whatever the weather!

Please note: The public are not permitted to bring any fireworks, alcohol or dogs into the parks.

Times

  • 5.15pm - Gates open.
  • 6.30pm - First bonfire lit.
  • 6.45pm - First fireworks display. Come and enjoy a Disney theme. This display is more suitable for young children.
  • 8.15pm - Second bonfire lit.
  • 8.30pm Second fireworks display. Come and be WOWED by the 'Best of British'
  • Fairground, stalls and refreshments open until 10.00pm.

Prices

Tickets are only available on the gates on the night.

  • Adults - £7.00
  • 16's and under - £5.00
  • 4's and under - free entry
  • Family ticket (2 adults, 2 children - under 16) £20.00

Disabled parking and access

Morden Park

Limited disabled parking via entrance drive (to the side of Merton College) off of London Road for Blue Badge Holders only. disabled toilet on site. Please be aware that pedestrian access from the gate at Lower Morden Lane to the display site is via a grassed field.

Wimbledon Park

Limited disabled parking via Revelstoke Road entrance for Blue Badge holders only. Disabled toilet on site.
