11 boroughs across the capital took part in this innovative short film competition that offered aspiring film-makers the opportunity to learn the basics of film-making and win a cash prize. This year each borough offered £500 to the best 90 second film made.
From the winning films in each of the 11 boroughs, one will be selected by a film industry panel and screened at the annual Film London Best of Borough Awards at BAFTA in 2011.
Merton's winning entry for 2011 is Ian Durrant's Borrow.
The competition is now closed.
