What happens next
After you have reported a tree issue to us, we aim to:
- inspect the tree within 10 working days
- complete works (where necessary) within 30 working days.
If the tree you have reported is causing a danger to the public, we would treat this as an emergency and aim to attend within 2 hours.
We will only prune overhanging trees in certain circumstances: see Overhanging Trees.
