Merton Customer Service Charter

This document describes the minimum standards that you can expect from us. It also describes how staff will apply these standards.

The Merton Customer Service Charter was published in April 2009. It was written with a focus group of staff who work in customer service roles. The charter is part of our commitment to putting customers first and ensuring excellent customer service is at the heart of delivering services.
