The council has a range of performance indicators which it monitors regularly. Timely and accurate performance monitoring enables us to identify and address poor performance, and ensure we are continually improving.
The Business Planning team produces a monthly performance dashboard detailing current and year to date progress on the Performance Indicators in our Business Plan 2017/21
