Performance

We are committed to delivering customer-focused services. To achieve this, it is essential that we measure our performance, both against our own intentions and against others, and use that information to improve local services.

The council has a range of performance indicators which it monitors regularly. Timely and accurate performance monitoring enables us to identify and address poor performance, and ensure we are continually improving.

The Business Planning team produces a monthly performance dashboard detailing current and year to date progress on the Performance Indicators in our Business Plan 2016/20

LAPS (Local Authority Performance Solution)

LAPS will help us to share, compare and analyse local performance data collected by all London boroughs. The aim of the project is to drive up overall performance and deliver value for money. More information can be found at the Local Authority Performance Solution (London Councils website)
