If you live in Merton you can be referred to us by your housing officer, the ASB team, a Neighbourhood Warden or the police, who will approach the other person involved on your behalf, to see if they are willing to take part.
Alternatively, you can approach us yourself and we will write to the other person involved, offering our services.
